The ideal candidate should possess a natural financial acumen, along with strong negotiation, communication, and people skills. Your Role:

Manage costs and risks for critical projects, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Lead and develop a commercial team.
• Review tenders, manage variations, and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor project costs and oversee payment processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and quality.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• A strong background in commercial management, preferably within the construction industry or related sectors.
• Proven experience in cost and budgetary control to ensure project financial viability.
• Expertise in contract administration (preferably NEC4), tender review, and risk assessment.
• Experience managing supply chain relationships, securing profitable agreements, and developing strategic partnerships.
