Job description

Global - SAP HCM PY SME Consultant - 1 Yr Contract in London.*

One of our Customers at RED is in search of an experienced SAP HCM-PY SME for an implementation project in London.

Role: SAP HCM PY SME

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension, after initial contract)
• Contract: Freelance (no permanent/no Visa/No sponsorship can be offered)
• Workload: Full Time (5 Days Per Week)
• Location: Hybrid in South London
• Language: English (Written and Spoken)
• Rate: Inside IR35

Education and Knowledge Requirements

• Extensive hands-on implementation experience of core SAP ECC HCM modules - Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management and SAP UK Payroll
• Extensive exposure to ABAP with hands-on programming experience
• Exposure to the integration of SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems using tools like SAP CPI
• Experience in writing client-ready documentation that would include change requests, project proposals, implementation documentation, testing documentation etc.
• Participated in at least 4 SAP full life cycle implementations or system upgrades
• Participated in at least 2 rounds of support packs
• Experienced in supporting/mentoring less experienced team members
