Qualifications
- 3+ years in content or digital marketing experience.
- Ability to write fast, clean, and engaging copy.
- Enjoyment of filming and creating short-form video content.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the content engine.
- Plan, create, and distribute high-impact content.
- Run a rolling content calendar across multiple channels.
- Produce short-form videos and engaging social media content.
- Create a weekly newsletter and monthly lead magnets.
- Track performance and recommend data-led improvements.

We're supporting a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup on a mission to redefine how modern teams use workspace and they're hiring a Content Marketing Lead to own and grow their entire organic presence.
This is a hands-on, creator-first role perfect for someone who loves turning real stories, customer wins and founder insights into high-performing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and email.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, hate being micromanaged, and know how to make content move, you'll love this.
Youll take full ownership of the content engine planning, creating and distributing high-impact content that drives brand visibility, inbound demand and qualified leads.
- Run a rolling content calendar across multiple channels
- Produce short-form video, snippets, carousels and smart LinkedIn content
- Turn every customer win into multi-touch content
- Create a weekly newsletter + monthly lead magnets
- Visit local sites and spaces to capture photo / video content (2 days / week on-site)
- Track performance and recommend data-led improvements
Youre a self-starter who :
- Has 3+ years in content or digital marketing
- Writes fast, clean and engaging copy
- Enjoys filming / creating short-form video
- Knows how to repurpose content across channels
- Works well directly with founders
- Wants real ownership
- Not a corporate marketing cog
- South West London (2 days per week on-site)
- Flexible remote work for planning, writing and editing
