We’re now looking for a Promo Content Manager to join our fast‑growing B2C product team! This role suits a proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented professional who can lead promo content creation, optimize communication performance, and enhance player engagement across all stages of the user journey.

About the Role

As a Promo Content manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the promo content strategy for B2C products. You will oversee the creation of high‑performing content for promotions, bonuses, campaigns, and in‑product communications while coordinating with marketing, product, and other key internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement promo content strategy for B2C campaigns
  • Lead creation of promotional texts, banners, landing pages, push notifications, and email content
  • Manage and coordinate tasks across copywriters, designers, and content specialists
  • Build and maintain the promo content calendar
  • Ensure consistency with branding, product positioning, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze content performance and run A/B tests to optimize CTR, conversion rates, and player engagement
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, analytics, and other company departments
  • Monitor iGaming trends and competitive promo activities
  • Ensure timely execution and high quality of all promotional communications
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content, marketing, CRM, or promo creation (preferably in iGaming)
  • Strong understanding of B2C communication funnels and player behavior
  • Solid experience working with CRM platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and content editing skills
  • Understanding of creative production workflows (texts + visuals)
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics (CTR, CR, retention, ROI of promo)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • High level of creativity combined with structured thinking
  • Intermediate English or higher
