Content Marketing Lead (Part-Time, 2 Days / Week) | Fast-Growth Startup | South West London

We're supporting a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup on a mission to redefine how modern teams use workspace and they're hiring a Content Marketing Lead to own and grow their entire organic presence.

This is a hands-on, creator-first role perfect for someone who loves turning real stories, customer wins and founder insights into high-performing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and email.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, hate being micromanaged, and know how to make content move, you'll love this.

The Role

Youll take full ownership of the content engine planning, creating and distributing high-impact content that drives brand visibility, inbound demand and qualified leads.

  • Run a rolling content calendar across multiple channels
  • Produce short-form video, snippets, carousels and smart LinkedIn content
  • Turn every customer win into multi-touch content
  • Create a weekly newsletter + monthly lead magnets
  • Visit local sites and spaces to capture photo / video content (2 days / week on-site)
  • Track performance and recommend data-led improvements
About You

Youre a self-starter who :

  • Has 3+ years in content or digital marketing
  • Writes fast, clean and engaging copy
  • Enjoys filming / creating short-form video
  • Knows how to repurpose content across channels
  • Works well directly with founders
  • Wants real ownership
  • Not a corporate marketing cog
Location & Working Style
  • South West London (2 days per week on-site)
  • Flexible remote work for planning, writing and editing
