The Mission

To create scroll-stopping video content that transforms complex pet nutrition science into shareable moments that educate, entertain and convert - positioning Faws as the trusted voice in pet wellness across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

The Role

This isn't just another content creator position. We're looking for a creative powerhouse who will be the driving force behind our social media presence, shaping our digital narrative through educational entertainment. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, innovate and directly impact our growth trajectory while working with a brand that genuinely improves pets' lives. What You'll Own

• End-to-end content creation for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Scriptwriting that transforms pet wellness education into viral entertainment
• Content calendar management balancing evergreen education with trending moments
• Performance tracking, A/B testing and strategy optimisation based on data
• Weekly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Strategic collaboration with marketing team on campaigns and product launches

What We're Looking For

• Understanding of the 3-second hook - you know how to stop the scroll instantly
• Skilled scriptwriting that seamlessly blends education with entertainment
• Good understanding of pet parents' concerns and aspirations at every awareness stage
• Confidence and presence on camera with natural presenting abilities
• Visual storytelling abilities with keen eye for composition and pacing

Platform Mastery

• Solid understanding of TikTok algorithms and best practices
• Experience in creating educational content that performs on social platforms
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and social commerce features
• Ability to adapt trending formats to brand narratives while maintaining authenticity
• Stays ahead of algorithm changes and platform updates

Technical Skills

• Experience with mobile-first video creation
• Good copywriting skills for captions and hooks
• Data analysis skills to interpret content metrics and inform decisions
• Portfolio showcasing viral or highly engaging TikTok/Instagram content

Professional Qualities
