A leading compliance consultancy seeks a meticulous and proactive Compliance Manager to ensure all retrofit activities comply with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards. You will maintain project documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and support the administration of funded schemes. The role offers career development and flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance within the retrofit sector and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035 frameworks.
  • Experience in compliance, administration, or quality assurance within retrofit or construction sectors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all retrofit activities meet PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
  • Maintain accurate records for all retrofit projects.
  • Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, Installers, and internal teams.
  • Support the administration of funded schemes such as ECO4, SHDF, HUG, and LAD.
  • Use internal systems to track project progress.
  • Stay up to date with changes in PAS standards.

Skills

Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035 frameworks
Experience in compliance, administration, or quality assurance
Excellent attention to detail
Organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
