• Strong understanding of ACOP L8 guidelines and HSG274 systems.
• Proven track record of developing and managing ISO accreditation.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all current and future accreditations.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
• Manage onboarding and monitor CPD plans for team members.
• Develop and deliver internal training as necessary.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients.
• Manage workload to meet objectives.
• Create and improve processes for business growth.
• Manage and maintain QMS, EMS for client satisfaction.
• Schedule and complete internal audits.
• Implement and review health and safety policies.
• Ensure routine checks and inspections are completed.
