A leading logistics company in Maidstone is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance within their warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in health and safety management, excellent communication skills, and relevant certifications. This full-time position requires a hands-on approach to develop policies and foster a strong safety culture among employees.

We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to drive safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of workplace well‑being.
As our Health & Safety Manager, you will be a key part of our new management team. You will oversee all aspects of workplace safety within our warehouse operations. You will work closely with management and operational teams to implement best practices, minimise risks, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
You will be setting the standards and supporting us to develop the policies and best practices.
You will be a hands‑on manager with a solution focus, be comfortable working at pace in a rapidly changing environment.
