Job summary

A leading financial technology company is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager in Greater London. The successful candidate will support compliance with FCA regulations and ensure good customer outcomes in a rapidly evolving landscape. About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast‑moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard our operations and ensure compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You'll provide 2LoD compliance advisory oversight to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements and deliver good customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting senior Compliance Managers in reviewing packaged insurance product designs, customer journeys, and disclosures
  • Assisting in assessing risks under FCA, consumer duty, and broader conduct requirements
  • Assisting with 2LoD reviews of product changes, feature launches, and enhancements
  • Performing regulatory issue identification and tracking actions to completion
  • Supporting preparation of compliance MI packs for committees
  • Helping prepare material for regulatory interactions or ad hoc information requests
  • Working closely with Product, Operations, Risk, and Complaints teams on insurance‑related matters
  • Supporting effective challenge, and providing clear, well‑structured compliance input
What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience in compliance, conduct risk, product governance, insurance oversight, or a similar regulated environment
  • An understanding of key FCA rules on insurance distribution, packaged products, and customer outcomes
  • Impressive analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them practically
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with multiple teams
  • To be detail‑oriented
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, digital environment
  • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and desire to grow within a high‑performance environment
Nice to have
  • Experience working with digital journeys or fintech products
  • Knowledge of banking regulation
  • A degree in law, finance, business, insurance, risk, or relevant field
