Job description

Pay Rate: £40,000
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, must be flexible to start between 6am-10am
Location: Livingston

We’re now looking for a Transport Compliance Manager to ensure our transport operations meet all legal, regulatory, and company standards, driving best practices in safety, efficiency, and compliance across the network.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee compliance with all transport legislation, including driver hours, vehicle maintenance, and tachograph regulations
  • Develop and implement robust compliance processes and audits
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams on transport compliance matters
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Support training and development initiatives to embed a culture of compliance
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Proven experience in transport compliance within a logistics or supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK and EU transport legislation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights
  • Hold a CPC qualification (National or International)
