Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate health & safety and compliance records across all properties.
• Identify and manage compliance risks with governance controls.
• Develop budgets and project plans for compliance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance policies are reviewed and updated as needed.
• Lead contractor meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor performance against compliance measures.
• Manage compliance work orders from logging to completion.
• Produce reports to identify trends and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Engagement Officers on compliance initiatives.
• Produce reports for Annual Report and internal documentation.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and brief management.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for delivery.
• Undertake other duties relevant to the role.
