Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Maintaining a happy and engaged team through 1:1 meetings, incentives, and recognition
• Conducting inductions for all new starters in line with company procedures
• Managing Junior Sous Chefs to ensure training standards are met
• Mentoring new team members for a positive working environment
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Managing food inventory and supply orders
• Maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment as needed
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and management for timely food service
• Handling customer complaints related to food quality or service
• Treating everyone with respect and remaining calm at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
• A proactive self-starter with good judgment, able to work independently
