Job summary
A leading automotive dealership in the Leicestershire area is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service team. The role requires experience in a busy automotive workshop, strong leadership skills, and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administration. The position offers a basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of £45,000 and additional benefits such as a travel allowance and staff discounts.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service team and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
- Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £45,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm
- Travel Allowance and Staff Discounts
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Handling customer complaints professionally.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervising the team of vehicle technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Have a previous working experience within a Main Dealership
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
- Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00.
The salary being offered up to £32,000 with OTE £45,000.
