Qualifications

  • Previous working experience within a Main Dealership.
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate work to the technicians within the Workshop.
  • Ensure all associated administration is completed to a high standard.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the team of vehicle technicians.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations.

Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive family-run Dealership in the Leicestershire area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service team and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £45,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm
  • Travel Allowance and Staff Discounts
Duties
  • Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
  • Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
  • Handling customer complaints professionally.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supervising the team of vehicle technicians
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Requirements
  • Have a previous working experience within a Main Dealership
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
  • Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00.

The salary being offered up to £32,000 with OTE £45,000.
