A global leader in orthodontic solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and expansion in the Midlands area of the UK. This role involves building lasting customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and exploring growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in the MedTech sector or orthodontic/dental sales, with a proven track record of success. A BA/BSc or dental qualification is preferred, along with strong relationship-building skills. Travel is expected to be 50%-70% of the week.
Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
The Territory Manager will be supporting the development of the Ormco Fixed Orthodontic Catalogue & Spark Clear Aligner business activities in the Midlands area of the UK. Ideal candidate is to explore sales growth opportunities and sales development to our partners as well as cultivating relationships. The TM will develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (through e.g. tenders). Besides, as a Territory Manager you are highly involved in training your peers and customers.
