A leading housing organization is seeking a Tenancy Enforcement & Fraud Officer for a full-time, permanent role based in London. This position focuses on tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in case management, prepare legal notices, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include raising awareness among stakeholders and providing training on relevant policies. The role offers a hybrid working model and contributes greatly to community wellbeing.
About the role
We are looking for a Tenancy Enforcement & Fraud Officer to join us on a full time permanent basis, we offer hybrid working and the role will be based from Mulliner House, London. The successful candidate will lead on the organisations approach to anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and other tenancy breaches. You will provide a first class service to residents, staff and stakeholders in identifying, combatting and eradicating anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud.
