What you will do:

• Manage and process referrals within the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Single Point of Contact.
• Conduct risk assessments on referrals to determine the appropriate care pathway.
• Engage with families and young people through care contacts, providing expert guidance and support.
• Make well‑informed referral recommendations to partner agencies, ensuring the best outcomes for those in your care.
• Supervise and guide a team within the CAMHS setting, managing caseloads and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Essential Skills/Experience:
We are looking for individuals with proven experience within a Community CAMHS setting, specifically dealing with children and young people with complex mental health issues.
