A leading community care provider is seeking a Community Services Manager in Poringland to manage high-quality services for children and young people. The role involves overseeing a team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead. Candidates must have significant experience in children's social care and relevant management qualifications. This full-time position offers a salary between £45,000 - £50,000.

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.

As our Community Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our community services are delivered to the highest quality, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements.
You will lead a team of Community Care Managers, Night On-call Manager, and a Care Co-Ordinator to ensure that we deliver rapid, high-quality care to children and young people in urgent, and often, complex situations.
You will also act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and ensure that safeguarding is at the core of all decisions made.
