A regional healthcare organization in the UK seeks a passionate Centre Manager to oversee the Children's Development Centre. This role involves managing staff and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing a nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate has experience in management and strong leadership skills, committed to making a difference in children's lives.
Within our Community Children and Young People's Services (CCYPS), we are looking for a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead the administrative functions and facilities management of our Children’s Development Centre, and other community children's specialist services bases where needed. This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth running of our centre / bases, supporting clinical teams, managing resources efficiently and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive.
The role is for 22.5 hours per week (0.6 wte) Band 5 based at the Children's Development Centre, Nottingham City Hospital Site.

Ensuring that the CDC and other bases are both safe and secure for all users and to ensure that patients other users of the building are met by a welcoming and efficient first point of contact, whether in person or by telephone.
Ensuring effective and safe space utilisation within the buildings
Ensuring that all policies and procedures relevant to staff and premises are adhered to contributing to the development of local policies and procedures.
