We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Court and Community Supervision Team Manager to join our Youth Justice and Prevention Service, working with children and victims. We utilise Child First approaches to help children achieve their best outcomes, to prevent offending and build safety for our communities.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and practice standards, along with continuous improvement and development of our multi-disciplined team. Equality, diversity and inclusion will be throughout the range of responsibilities.
This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Valid driving licence and own transport, or be able to provide alternative, suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.
This position is currently based at our Central Chambers in Weston Super Mare. Please be advised that this office will be closing in 2025/26. Consultation is currently underway to determine a new location for colleagues elsewhere within Weston Super Mare.
