A Senior Manager role could have the following responsibilities:
Own and enhance the Group’s financial planning framework to drive transparency, capital discipline, and performance visibility. Challenge assumptions and identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio while streamlining planning cycles for speed and precision.
Lead initiatives to optimize finance operations and unlock margin through process simplification, automation, and data‑led decision support — ensuring scalable, high‑ROI financial infrastructure.
Deliver rigorous financial analysis and investment modelling that inform strategic decisions, track value delivery, and support performance improvement initiatives across OpCos and portfolio functions.
Act as a trusted advisor to OpCo and Group leadership — translating complex financials into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic direction and optimize capital allocation.
Lead, develop, and empower a high‑performing, lean finance team with a commercial and investment mindset — building capability to support portfolio transformation and sustained value creation.
