Job Description

University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint a Campus Manager to lead the facilities management operations at East Bank Campus, home to London College of Fashion.

• Lead the daily operations of facilities management at East Bank Campus, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services.
• Oversee directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that meet health and safety requirements and support UAL’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.
• Support campus projects, contribute to business continuity planning, and lead the FM response to on-site incidents.

• Exceptional knowledge and a strong track record in delivering and leading best-in-class facilities management services, particularly within dynamic, high-footfall and multisite environments.
• Adept at building relationships with senior stakeholders and bringing a customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an inspirational leader who can motivate teams and uphold high standards.
• Deep understanding of health and safety, building compliance, budget management, and project delivery.
