A not-for-profit employment organization in Oxford is seeking a part-time Performance Manager to lead and inspire a team of Employment Advisers. You will drive performance, engage with stakeholders, and play a key role in changing lives through employment services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in a target-driven environment. This position offers a salary range of circa £37,000 - £43,000 pro rata and generous benefits including 33 days' annual leave and pension contributions.

Location: Oxford (OX4 1JH) - Onsite, Mon-Fri, 9-5
Salary: Circa £37,000 - £43,000 pro rata
Contract Type: Part time (3 days a week)

You'll be coaching, motivating, developing, and guiding individuals to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve KPIs, and grow both professionally and personally.
