A leading gaming technology company is looking for a Transformation Manager to drive business process management practices and support integration initiatives post-merger. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business process management and strong project management skills. The Transformation Manager role plays a crucial role in driving our Business Process Management (BPM) practices and integrating newly acquired businesses into Aristocrat’s global operations. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead efforts in harmonizing processes, systems, and governance structures, ensuring alignment with Aristocrat’s strategic goals. As part of the Global Strategy Delivery organization, you will play a vital role in crafting the direction and improvement of our performance over time.
Support post-merger integration initiatives across Aristocrat
Evaluate and match business procedures to Aristocrat's worldwide benchmarks
Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for harmonization
Collaborate with functional leaders to implement integration plans
Develop and manage integration roadmaps, timelines, and important metrics
Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive alignment and adoption
Support change management and communication strategies
Monitor integration progress and report outcomes to senior leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Strategy, or a related field
Established track record in business process management, particularly in a transformation or integration environment (5 or more years of experience)
Experience collaborating in global environments with diverse collaborators
Excellent project management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
Familiarity with BPM tools and integration frameworks
Ability to navigate ambiguity and achieve results in complex environments
Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred
Experience in technology, gaming, or digital product environments preferred
