A leading organization in the UK is seeking a People Change Lead to manage the people side of change initiatives. This role requires in-depth understanding of employment regulations and proven leadership skills. You will develop frameworks to ensure smooth implementation of changes and manage resistance. Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. Plans to relocate role to Green Park (Reading), from December 2025.
Package: From £61,040 to £85,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

As the People Change Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks, tools, processes and guidance that ensure people change is implemented in a safe, robust and fair manner that stands up to external scrutiny.
You will work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure that people change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget. This includes:

Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically 3 days onsite per week.
