A social housing provider in South Ribble is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement and Change Lead to spearhead projects that enhance service performance and operational efficiency. The role offers a competitive salary of £36,276 per annum and allows for hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process improvement and project management, with strong verbal and written communication skills. We're now looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement and Change Lead (known internally as Performance and Planning Lead) to join our team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 hours per week).
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our mission to deliver excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice. As our Continuous Improvement and Change Lead, you'll be the driving force behind initiatives that enhance customer and colleague experiences, improve service performance, and boost operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Performance and Planning (RWP), you'll take ownership of key projects that shape how we work and deliver value for our tenants.
We also offer hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to balance home and office work in a way that suits both business and personal needs. Our offices are located in Leyland (Lancashire), Leeds, and London, and while most of your time can be remote, occasional travel to these locations may be required to support collaboration and key business priorities.
