Job summary

A leading finance systems resource partner in the UK is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager for a 3-6 month contract. The role involves leading change management activities during implementation of SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in business process reengineering, especially in manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing change management plans, stakeholder communication, and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering change management strategies for SAP implementations.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of change management activities.
• Develop and manage detailed change management plans.
• Execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify potential resistance to changes and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating the delivery of end-user training.
