Qualifications

  • Significant experience in delivery of HR Services including projects.
  • Experience in management of employee relations casework.
  • Experience in policy development and consultation with trade unions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver HR projects to improve services for colleagues and patients.
  • Oversee the Agenda for Change Job Evaluation process across the Trust.
  • Support transformational change projects including major service redesign.

Skills

Knowledge of employment law
Ability to consider HR implications

Education

Postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management
CIPD or equivalent management qualification
Project management qualification or equivalent experience
