A leading social care provider in Braintree is seeking dedicated support workers to assist adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Candidates should have a commitment to making a difference, good general education, and ideally hold a social care qualification. The role includes engaging in supportive activities and managing health requirements, with a competitive benefits package including flexible hours and training opportunities.
Location: Halstead, CO9 1LQ
Shifts: Full-time 42 hours per week or 24 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis with alternating weekends)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.47 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
