Job Title: Clinical Quality Reviewer
Location: Home based with travel throughout the UK
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Reports to: Director of Clinical Practice & Standards
Accountable to: Director of Clinical Practice & Standards
As the Clinical Quality Reviewer, you will provide independent assurance of clinical practice across Outcomes First Group by conducting regular, nationwide quality reviews of clinical provision within our schools and services. In this pivotal role, you will assess compliance against agreed standards, reporting your findings to the Director of Clinical Practice & Standards and helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include reviewing timetables, client sessions, clinical notes, and adherence to policies, with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and ensuring operational teams are held to account. You will be crucial in preparing the Group for external inspections and will travel extensively across the UK to perform your duties.
