Hours: Full-time - Monday - Saturday (with a day off in the week)
- Delivering excellent customer service both in-person and via phone
- Promoting and selling company products, generating commercial sales leads
- Managing the display and presentation of products, ensuring everything is labelled
- Keep the showroom presentable at all times
- Chasing outstanding orders on a regular basis
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding stock availability
- Inputting customer details onto a CRM database
- Experience in working in a customer service background in BOTH retail and trade
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
