Responsibilities

• Engage with enquiries via phone, email, and external portals to secure venue tours.
• Showcase the venue to couples and highlight how it can bring their dream wedding to life.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Lead Wedding Sales Consultant to deliver and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with surveys for couples who did not book.
• Attend external wedding showcase events to represent the venue.
• Maintain accurate sales administration and reporting.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
