A leading freight forwarding company in the UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow their Freight team. This field-based role will focus on developing new business and nurturing client relationships in the Southwest region. The candidate should have proven sales experience in logistics and be able to manage their own territory effectively. A competitive salary plus benefits is offered.

Location: Bridgend, CF35 5LJ /Bristol, BS11 8DT (Field-based)
Salary: Circa £34k per annum subject to experience
Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Business Development Manager You
We re seeking a driven and experienced field sales professional, preferably with a background in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport services. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships to drive growth across our freight division.
In addition, you ll also need the right to work in the UK - we are not able to sponsor work permits.
