Remuneration : £55,000 - £60,000 + £10,000 - £15,000 bonus

Plumbing & Heating Systems will involve :
- Business Development Manager position dealing with a range of underfloor heating systems sold into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders.
- Achieving new business sales targets by building and managing a strong, right-sized pipeline
- Proactively generating new opportunities through structured prospecting and face-to-face appointments
- Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to on boarding and order handover
- Maximising customer spend through value-based selling, upsell / cross-sell, and collaboration with Key Account Managers
- Act as a trusted product expert and brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and continuous self-improvement
- Must have 2+ years experience in business development or a similar sales role
- Must have experience within a underfloor heating systems and / or experience selling into main contractors, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors and house builders
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, with good commercial and numerical awareness
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), personable, professional, and articulate
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and teamwork skills
