- Perform and validate a variety of complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology
- Analyze and report accurate test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
- Document and maintain clear, accurate records within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field
- ASCP certification (MT, MLS, or MLT) required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Prior hospital or reference lab experience but not required (varies by role)
