Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location: Multiple Opportunities Nationwide

Full-Time | Various Shifts Available

Are you a skilled laboratory professional looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are actively hiring ASCP-certified Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians for permanent, direct hire positions across the U.S. Join a collaborative team in a supportive environment where your expertise is valued and your growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and validate a variety of complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology
  • Analyze and report accurate test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment
  • Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Document and maintain clear, accurate records within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field
  • ASCP certification (MT, MLS, or MLT) required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Prior hospital or reference lab experience but not required (varies by role)
