This role involves developing and executing the Data and AI strategy, collaborating with business units, and advocating for a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, influencing abilities, and an analytical mindset within the insurance or analytics domain. If you're passionate about AI and its applications, apply to help shape the future of insurance.
Are you passionate about harnessing the power of Data and AI to transform business and better serve customers? At AXA UK&I we are pioneering the next era of Data and AI driven insurance and are seeking a forward‑thinking Data & AI Strategy Analyst to help us navigate this exciting journey and redefine how we compete, serve, and innovate in the insurance industry.
This role is more than just a strategy role; it’s your chance to drive AXA’s AI revolution. As a key member of our Data Strategy and Culture team you’ll be a catalyst for our data and AI ambitions, being a vital part in designing and executing our future roadmap. Working across teams and with senior leaders, your insights will influence how AXA leverages AI to enhance decision‑making, operational efficiency, and customer experience, keeping us ahead of industry trends and technological breakthroughs.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you’re interested in joining us at AXA, please don’t hesitate to apply.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
