A small UK-based energy supplier serving B2B customers is entering its next phase of development, supported by NovAzure. The company is being strengthened at director level to support strategic direction, governance and to ensure compliance as part of concluding official investigations with the regulator.
The focus is on building a compliant, stable, well‑run and scalable business with a clear commercial strategy.
The company is seeking a Director to take an active role in the business, working closely with the leadership team and board across compliance, commercial, operational and governance matters.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to help run and grow the business, not just oversee it. While the role includes Board‑level responsibilities, day‑to‑day involvement in the direction and performance of the company is in scope, in line with the size of the business.
The successful candidate will drive the evolution of the business model, customer focus and internal capability.
Training and knowledge transfer will be managed throughout the leadership team, in particular the interim GM in a first phase to lead the director to run towards his or her full capacity.
We are looking for an experienced and capable leader who wants to make an impact in a small but growing business.
