A prominent hospitality organization is seeking an Apprentice Business Excellence Executive in London. You will assist in managing operating standards and enhancing guest experiences at major venues. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with no prior experience required as training will be provided. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year and various benefits including support for travel, health checking, a pension scheme, and ongoing development.
Levy Business Excellence are looking to recruit a Business Excellence Executive to assist with the continuous management of our set of operating standards known within Levy as Signatures. Working to align consistency to our operation and processes.
We have fantastic and varied venues that we work across and support, from world famous football grounds such as Tottenham Hotspur to Villa park. Other amazing venues include Wimbledon, the O2 and the SEC in Glasgow.
You will report into the Head of Business Excellence and Business Excellence Managers working together to continually enhance guest and team member experience and our pursuit of excellence.

You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship!
On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Business Administration L3 and become a qualified Administrator
Travel to our amazing venues across the UK and Ireland - travel costs covered as part of the package.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or venue operations, with a strong understanding of compliance and operational standards. They will be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing teams and driving continuous improvement. Analytical skills, adaptability, and a guest-centric mindset are essential. Desirable qualities include project management experience and data analysis. Flexibility for travel and alignment with Levy’s values are key.
