A leading organization in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner for a maternity cover role. This position requires collaboration with leaders to enhance employee engagement and oversee the entire employee life cycle. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of employee relations practices and employment legislation, alongside strong project management and data analysis skills. This is a maternity cover role for up to 12 months.
We are operating a hybrid approach to working with a mix of home and office-based working. We are based in a very accessible location within the M25, just 20 miles from central London
