The right candidate is a technically savvy problem‑solver who can build strong relationships with prospects. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in outbound prospecting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to uncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyers.
  • Partner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities.
  • Track and forecast all activities via Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Present Lumivero’s portfolio of products to potential, articulating value propositions and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts,‑makers through consultative conversations.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company.
  • Become an expert on the needs of our prospects and our software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as an outbound BDR in a SaaS/B2B sales organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesNavigator, or similar sales technology platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for sales excellence.
Preferred Skills and Experience
