A dynamic technology company in London is seeking a Business Analyst to support process improvement and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, strong documentation abilities, and solid project coordination skills. This hybrid role requires collaboration with operational teams to document processes and identify optimization opportunities. Full training will be given, and you will gain exposure to operational and technical teams as you contribute to efficiency across the organization.
Yonda is growing and is seeking a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support process improvement and automation initiatives. You will work closely with operational teams to understand and document manual processes, helping identify opportunities for simplification and automation. As Yonda scales, your work will support the development of more efficient, technology-enabled workflows across the business. This role is hybrid, with 3 days in our Camden-based offices per week.
This role provides strong exposure to both operational and technical teams. You’ll develop your documentation, analysis and project management skills while learning how technology can transform manual operational processes. Your work will help create scalable, repeatable ways of working as Yonda continues to grow. Full training will be provided on Yonda’s platform and relevant tax / VAT concepts where helpful.
