About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and lead critical analysis and documentation for regulatory and strategic initiatives. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring smooth implementation of changes within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Target Operating Model (TOM), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Policies & Procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements and assess impacts.
• Communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and gain consensus on solutions.
• Support QA, testing, and delivery phases, resolving issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 + years of experience in business analysis within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back processing in Sales & Trading; experience with clearing Bonds and Repos is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
