- Prepare and maintain Target Operating Model (TOM), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Policies & Procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements and assess impacts.
- Communicate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and gain consensus on solutions.
- Support QA, testing, and delivery phases, resolving issues as needed.
- 5 + years of experience in business analysis within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of front-to-back processing in Sales & Trading; experience with clearing Bonds and Repos is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in producing gap analyses, workflows, and high-quality documentation.
