About the Role

Join SThree as a Business Analyst and help shape the future of AI-driven transformation. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities—designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that deliver measurable value. Acting as the critical link between stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll ensure projects are delivered with clear requirements, robust documentation, and actionable insights. If you have strong analytical skills, technical literacy, and a passion for turning complex systems into practical solutions, we want to hear from you.

About Us

SThree is the global STEM-specialist talent partner, connecting sought-after experts in life sciences, technology, engineering, and mathematics with innovative organisations worldwide. We’re passionate about delivering game-changing service and creating a culture where everyone belongs, is valued, and is connected.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyse, and document requirements for both traditional and AI use cases.
  • Map workflows and produce clear technical documentation (BRDs, Functional Specs, User Stories).
  • Evaluate systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management and adoption strategies for AI solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, AI Engineers, and Vendors.
  • Assist in defining test strategies, acceptance criteria, and defect triage.
  • Conduct investment analysis using ROI, cost-benefit, and other appraisal techniques.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis frameworks (BPM, RICE, MOSCOW).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Skilled in process modelling (Visio, Lucidchart) and producing structured documentation.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
  • Professional Business Analysis qualification required; degree in a tech-related subject preferred.
What’s In It For You
  • Hybrid working options for flexibility.
  • Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
  • 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
  • Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
  • Paid volunteering days and caregiver leave.
  • Access to retail discounts and our company share scheme.
