Salary: £46,142 - £51,356 per annum

Location: Preston, Lancashire

Position: Digital Innovation Business Analyst – Permanent, Full‑Time, 37 hours per week

As a Digital Innovation Business Analyst you will :
  • Collaborate with senior business and digital stakeholders to identify and shape opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Develop business cases and support early planning for new digital capabilities ensuring alignment with technical strategy.
  • Lead analysis and delivery of proof of concepts and pilot projects focusing on practical business deployment of new technology.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Relevant professional qualification or degree with substantial experience in business analysis or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in developing business cases, overseeing pilot projects and working with senior stakeholders to adopt new technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication and project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively and drive change.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with a strong understanding of digital innovation in service delivery.
