Job Title: Electronic Support Engineer (Smart Home Technology)

Location: Theale

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in smart home and connected devices, rapidly becoming a key player in home automation. The company has experienced significant growth over the past decade and is expanding its UK teams.

Initially, you will undergo extensive training at their Austrian headquarters, with all expenses paid. Afterward, you will support the installation team in ensuring systems are set up correctly.

The ideal candidate has a background in electronics or electrical engineering and is located near Theale.

• Collaborate with the support team
• Assist installation teams with electrical/electronics issues
• Remotely troubleshoot basic electrical problems
• Raise and manage support tickets

• Experience in technical support
• Understanding of electronics at GCSE level
• Living within commuting distance to Theale
