About your role

As our Payroll & Digital Process Experience Lead you will be responsible for driving transformation across People Excellence operations, with a deep focus on Payroll. It combines project leadership in automation and digitisation with deep expertise in Payroll and Employee experience process improvement including governance and controls. You will ensure that Payroll services are efficient, scalable, compliant, and aligned with SBFE’s vision of becoming a next-generation global beverage company.

What You'll Do

Payroll Governance & Controllership

Lead SBFE Payroll Governance Council to drive compliance, controls, and KPI oversight. Ensure statutory and policy adherence via audits, documentation, and training whilst maintaining payroll process and legislative documentation. Monitor vendors and streamline contracts for cost and service optimization, including Time & Attendance integrations and develop and maintain payroll Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

Payroll Process Transformation

Simplify European payroll processes to improve efficiency and experience. Promote digitisation of payroll processing across platforms and geographies and standardise processes while aligning with local compliance guidelines.

HR Process & Tech Automation
Lead automation projects for onboarding contract and background checks via Success Factors, managin g UAT, change management, and communications.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Share project updates and progress with all stakeholders and support communications, training, and post-change assistance.
Knowledge Management & Process Improvement
Enhance internal HR hub to enable self-service and reduce support requests, especially for payroll

What You need to be successful

Extensive experience in Payroll Operations, HR shared services or global business services

Proven track record in delivering Payroll and HR automation and digitisation projects

Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, auditing, and governance practices across EMEA

Proficiency in SuccessFactors and familiarity with ADP, Time and Attendance and other HRIS tools

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus

Fluent in English mandatory, desirable French and/or Spanish
