B2B Demand Generation Manager

UK Remote (occasional travel to London for team meetings and get‑togethers)
As our B2B Demand Generation Manager you’ll play a key role in expanding our growth within organisations and businesses around the world, helping us build awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen awareness and reputation.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns that support sales objectives and company growth. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the sales team (SDRs and AEs) to align marketing activity with commercial goals to deliver measurable results.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with experience of and who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment and enjoys taking ownership of demand generation activities while working as part of a small, ambitious marketing team.
This is a new role that will play a key part in developing and scaling Security Blue Team’s B2B marketing function.
